On October 24, 2017 at 7:42PM, Potsdam Fire and Potsdam Rescue were dispatched to the vicinity of 102 Wheeler Road for a personal injury motor vehicle accident.

A group of members were at the firehouse and responded with Engine 80 immediately. Rescue 14 responded a short time after.

Upon arrival, the members assisted Potsdam Rescue for a short period of time before being released from the scene. A 2002 Dodge Durango lost control on a curve and drove up a hill before coming to an abrupt stop when the vehicle hit a tree.

Potsdam Rescue evaluated one patient.

All units were back in service at 8:20PM.
