The Potsdam Fire Department recently purchased two new Scott Thermal Imaging cameras. One camera has been placed in service on Engine 49, replacing a camera that was aging and outdated. The other camera was placed in service on Engine 80, which previously didn't have a camera. These new cameras will enable the Fire Department to be better prepared for emergencies requiring thermal imaging technology.
