At 2214 hours, St.Lawrence County Central Dispatch hit the tones for a two car personal injury MVA on USH 11 South at the entrance to Wal Mart. Engine 49 , operated by Fire Driver Robert Crowe, was enroute at 2217 hours. Arriving at 2221 hours, the crew on Engine 49 found two vehicles with moderate damage in the roadway. Members established traffic control and a safe work area, as well as checking the motorists involved for possible injuries. The involved parties were evaluated further by Potsdam Rescue and released. The vehicles were removed by Martin's and the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department investigated the accident. All units were back in service at 2302 hours.
