| Members of the Potsdam Fire Department Tower -5 committee traveled to Wyoming, MN. this week for the midpoint inspection. The committee flew into Minneapolis St Paul airport and was picked by Todd McBride from Rosenbauer / General Safety. After a quick lunch the committee went to the factory to view the progress of the truck and go over the specifications. The committee worked till late in the evening going over the specs and discussing options on shelving placement, compartment lighting and equipment storage. Members were back at General Safety early Wed morning to meet with Todd to finalize a few items and discuss Lettering and striping options for the truck. The committee had a 2:20 flight back home and arrived back in Potsdam around 10:00 Wed night. If the truck stays on schedule it should be delivered around the first week in September. |
