At 16:48 Potsdam fire received a call from Walgreens reporting a vehicle in the parking lot smoking. Engine-49 responded with Fire Driver Pierce and Assistant Chief Perry. Engine-49 arrived and found a small engine compartment fire had been extinguished. Information was taken for a report and Potsdam PD notified a wrecker for the owner of the vehicle.
