On February 18, 2014 at 11:38am, Potsdam Fire Department was dispatched to a reported two car personal injury motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Lawrence Ave and Missouri Ave in the village. Engine 49 responded immediately.

Upon arrival all occupants were seated in their vehicles to keep out of the weather and denied any injury. Potsdam Fire Department assisted Potsdam Police with traffic control until the vehicles could be removed from the roadway.

All units were back in service at 11:59am.
