3 Car MVA Rollover At Elm and Lawrence

At 1925 hours Potsdam Fire, Potsdam Rescue, Potsdam PD, and County Car 7 were dispatched to a 3 car MVA at the intersection of Leroy Street, Elm Street, and Lawrence Ave. Central Dispatch was reporting that there was entrapment at the scene. Engine 49 responded (Crowe) and was on scene at the alarm time. On arrival, all victims were out of the vehicles and no extrication was required. Engine 49 provided lighting for the scene and members provided traffic control as the MVA blocked the intersection. Members then removed hazards from the roadway and speedy dry was placed to soak up the fluids that were spilled. There was 1 minor injury and no patients were transported. The vehicles were removed by Martins Towing. 36-1 and 14 members were present. Engine 49 was back in service at 2036 hours.
