Potsdam Fire was activated to an alarm activation at 0421 hours at Knowles Hall on the SUNY Potsdam Campus. Engine 49 (Fenton) was enroute at alarm time and on scene four minutes later. FF Fenton requested a second tone for manpower as residents were reporting smoke in the hallway.
