On Monday May 4th 2015, at 12:21, Potsdam Fire was dispatched to 6 State Street (in the village) for a report of a small fire on the front porch. Engine 49 responded immediately with a full crew. The fire was contained to a small area on the porch with little extension into the structure of the house.
