The members of the Potsdam Fire Department extend their deepest sympathies to the family of Honor Roll member Paul Blanchard. Paul passed away on Saturday, April 9th at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. As per his wishes, there will be no services. Paul served with the PFD from June 1966 until February 1972.
