The members of the Potsdam Fire Dept. extend their deepest condolences to the family of Ex-Chief Jim Prosper. Jim passed away on April 26th, 2016 at Massena Hospital. Jim served with the PFD from 1960 thru 1995, serving as Chief from 1972-74. Jim Is survived by his wife Pat, son Tom, daughters Roxanne Dumas and Lori Hollis and their families. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM, Friday April 29th, at St. Mary's Cemetery, followed by a reception at Sergi's Banquet Hall. Online condolences may be left at www.garnerfh.com.
