Members of the Potsdam Fire Department Keep Busy |

The members of the Potsdam Volunteer Fire Department kept very busy on September 19, 2016. Members began their day at SUNY Potsdam at approximately 10:42am for a report of a fuel spill. The spill was contained and SUNY Potsdam Emergency Response Team took over the clean-up process. 15:27- Potsdam Fire, Potsdam Rescue, and Car 7 were dispatched to a one car motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of 312 Sissonville 16:03- Potsdam Fire, Potsdam Rescue and Car 7 were dispatched to 6698 State Highway 56 for a report of a two car motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of TJ Toyota. While at monthly fire department training, members received a call for a fire alarm at Clarkson University campus Woodstock Building 5. Members responded and found the cause of the alarm was from burnt food. |
