Potsdam Fire was dispatched along with Potsdam Rescue at 1846 hrs for a reported motorcycle accident near the intersection of SH 56 and SH 72. Engine 80 was enroute at 1851 and arrived on scene several minutes later to find one victim of a single motorcycle accident in the care of passersby. PFD members established traffic control to create a safe work area and assisted PVRS. The patient was transported by Potsdam Rescue to Canton Potsdam hospital for treatment of his injuries. All units were back in service at 2101 hrs.
