At 1738 hours, on Saturday September 21, 2019, Potsdam Fire, Potsdam Rescue, and County Car 7 were dispatched to the vicinity of 185 Market Street for a two car motor vehicle accident with air bag deployment and unknown injuries. Potsdam Fire Engine 49 (J. Robar) and Rescue 14 (Ju. McGregor) responded at 1739 hours and arrived on scene at 1742 hours. As units were responding it was advised that there were two victims complaining of chest paint.

On scene, firefighters provided traffic control and assisted with picking up debris from the scene. Both vehicles were removed from the scene by Johnson's Towing. The scene was investigated by Potsdam Police. All units were back in service at 1838 hours.
