On Saturday October 26th 2019, at 1554 hours, Potsdam Fire was requested to respond engine and tanker mutual aid to West Potsdam Fire for a reported car fire at 6431 US Highway 11. At 1557 hours, Engine 80 (J. Corbett) responded, followed by Tanker 100 (Maroney) and arrived on scene at 1605 hours.

On scene, firefighters found a fully involved vehicle fire and assisted West Potsdam Fire with providing water to extinguish the vehicle fire. The tanker was not used and returned to service. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Potsdam Fire service at 1646 hours.
