On Tuesday, March 16th 2021, at 1220 hours, Potsdam Fire, Potsdam Rescue, and County Car 10 were dispatched to 165 Heath Road for a report of a wood boiler on fire. 36-2 requested West Stockholm Fire mutual aid for engine, tanker, and manpower. At 1226 hours, Engine 80 (J. Keleher) and Tanker 100 (S. Keleher) responded followed by Rescue 14 (C. Corbett) and arrived on scene at 1232 hours. It was found on scene, that the homeowner extinguished most of the fire inside the boiler. Firefighters stretched 500' of 1 3/4" hose line and extinguished the remainder of the fire and assisted the homeowner with salvage inside of the building and boiler. West Stockholm Fire was released from the scene shortly after their arrival. All Potsdam Fire units were in service at 1331 hours.
