Mutual Aid to Louisville Fire

On Friday, October 28th, at 0259 hours, Louisville Fire was dispatched to the Java Pet Clinic on State Highway 56 for a reported structure fire. Numerous mutual aid departments were requested from northern St. Lawrence County. At 0540 hours, Potsdam Fire was dispatched for interior manpower to the scene to assist with overhaul operations. At 0556 hours, Rescue 30 (J. Bradish) responded with a crew, arriving on scene at 0614 hours. Firefighters were quickly put to work performing overhaul and extinguishment. Potsdam Fire was released with other mutual aid departments and was back in service at 0915 hours.
