The last two days, Potsdam Fire, along with West Stockholm Fire, Potsdam Rescue, SUNY Potsdam University Police, and SUNY Potsdam Nurse were invited to B.E.A.R.S Literacy Club for a presentation on Hometown Hero’s.

Firefighters showed the children to not be afraid of firefighters while in gear and answered questions asked by the children.
Afterwards, the children were able to view firetrucks, ambulance, and a police car.
