At 23:41 Potsdam Fire, Potsdam Rescue, and County Car 10 were dispatched to a possible 1 car motor vehicle accident at 7438 US HWY 11 via a GPS crash detection. Engine 80 and Rescue 14 responded and found a GMC Envoy that had departed the roadway, striking a mailbox and a pine tree and coming to rest in the side yard of the residence. There were no injuries. Fire personnel were released by the NYSP and returned to service at 0023 hours
