| Potsdam Fire was requested by Parishville Fire 33-1 (Chief Ed Cool) for mutual aid to 4 Mill Street in Parishville for a working structure fire at 1:37 am. Rescue 30 and Tower 5 responded. Potsdam’s crew performed initial attack, conducting a primary search and knocking down the majority of the fire on the second floor and into the attic. Additional crews assisted with salvage and overhaul and worked to contain any extension. The fire is currently under investigation by the St. Lawrence County Fire Investigation Team. There were no civilian or firefighter injuries/casualties related to this incident.
Potsdam Fire was back in service at 5:12 am. Ten members responded. |
