Firefighters Stand Together to Support Local Fire Chief

The Potsdam Fire Department recently donated cans and bottles to support Dallas Denny, Chief of the Rensselaer Falls Fire Department, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. This donation drive was spearheaded by 10-year-old Daniel Smith, affectionately known as Little Chief Daniel, and we are proud to have been a part of this meaningful effort.

Although the can and bottle drive has come to an end, there is still an opportunity to support Chief Denny. A jamboree will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at the Rensselaer Falls Fire Hall. Anyone wishing to show their support is encouraged to attend.
